I love a good cocktail. My drink seems to change with the season and with the warm weather vibes teasing here in the pacific northwest the gin bottle has been dusted off from it's winter hibernation.
Since leaving the foodie-haven of ATL there have been more cocktails made in our home than ever. Below I'll share with you the one that's been in our glass most recently, and how to make it. I hope you enjoy!
- 1.5oz of gin
- .5oz rhubarb syrup (we made ours so let me know if you'd like the recipe)
- a sprig of mint
- a boston cocktail shaker
- a strainer
